Thank you for your interest in Hopemade yarn co! If you are interested in creating a wholesale account with me please read my terms below to see if you qualify.

Please email hopemadeyarnco@gmail.com to inquire about wholesaling. Please include the following information about your store: store name, location, web link, social media links, or any other information that would be helpful in getting to know you.

Terms & Conditions

Qualifications:

1. Wholesale is only available to brick and mortar stores. If your brick and mortar store has an online store you may sell yarn from Hopemade yarn co online.

2. Must have a State Sales Tax License Number and Federal EIN. You will need to provide a copy of this documentation for my records before an order can be placed.

3. Prices must not be advertised below retail pricing at www.hopemadeyarn.com

4. Minimum initial order of 36 skeins. There is no minimum on orders after the initial order is placed. There is a 3 minimum skein requirement within dye lots.

5. You must pay AT LEAST 50% upfront to offset cost of materials. This 50% is non-refundable if you decide to cancel your order. After your order is completed, you must pay the final % of your order plus shipping before the yarn is shipped.

Prices: The initial order has a 36 skein minimum with no minimum for proceeding orders. All wholesale orders are tax exempt. Wholesale prices for individual skeins are: Jojo’s Favorite $15, Hope’s Favorite, $18, Splendid Dk $16.

Ordering: If you are interested in carrying my yarn in your store please contact me here. I would be happy to work with you one on one to help you with your order. I will send you an invoice that you can look over before any payments. Please allow a minimum of 2-8 weeks to fulfill wholesale orders.

Payment: Payments can be made through Venmo(preferred) or PayPal.

Shipping: Shipping will be through USPS with a delivery date of 2-10 days from shipping date depending on location, unless alternative shipping method is agreed upon. Wholesale is NOT included in free shipping offer.

Agreement of Terms: By placing an order with Hopemade yarn co www.hopemadeyarn.com, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such changes. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account found to be violating this agreement or any of the other terms and conditions stated herein.
