Ship/Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping: I aim to ship orders within 3-5 days of order receipt for in stock items with a few exceptions such as holidays, weekends, emergencies, and national pandemics. During sales processing times may be longer due to some yarn being dyed to order, you can expect orders to ship within 2 weeks of having been placed. We use USPS / UPS / FedEx at our discretion and can’t control the shippers shipping time during these uncertain times. If a shipment is returned to HMYC due to miss information on the buyers part a reshipment fee will apply, if the error is ours we will reship at our cost.

For custom orders timing of said order will be pre-arranged with the customer.

Returns/Exchanges: If you discover a problem with your product within the first 15 days, please contact us, and we will work to come to a reasonable solution for unused product. In most cases, the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
