Jojo’s Favorite is my favorite sock base! Named after my youngest son who only likes to wear hand knit socks, it’s the perfect combination of strength and softness, making it perfect for socks as well as shawls and other next to skin garments. Hold it double and it works for worsted weight projects too!
Superwash yarn can be machine washed cold, gentle cycle, use mild detergent, do not bleach, dry flat away from direct sunlight. I do put my socks in the washer, but shawls and sweaters I will usually hand wash. Remember you spent a lot of time making your item, so it’s always a good idea to take extra care.
Highly saturated colors may bleed always test a swatch when mixing dark and light colors of yarn.
Please keep in mind that not all computers show images the same way. I do my best to photograph the yarn’s true colors in natural light, but variations do exist.
This is hand dyed yarn so no two skeins will be exactly alike, that is the beauty of hand dyeing. If you are using more than one skein for a project it is best to alternate between skeins.
